My water heater was 16 years old. I thought I was just going to get an estimate for a new one and imagined it would take a long time to install. They had one on the truck, and it was installed in one hour. They were very professional. I highly recommended.
I was so happy that Benjamin Franklin answered and came out the same day I called. I really appreciated that since we weren’t able to use our kitchen sink. Nick unclogged the sink and offered to have someone come back out to check to be sure we have it vented to prevent future backups. I really appreciate a company that looks out for your best interest. Nick was also very friendly!

I have got a very tough clog in the kitchen sink pipe. I treated the pipe with chemicals and used my plumbing snake for a day, and hired a plumber (another company) to solve the problem, but nothing changed. Today, Michael came and did a wonderful job.
